Refunds are available within 7 days of booking if the plate hasn’t been processed. To request a refund, contact us with your booking ID and payment details.
In case of duplicate payment or failed service, users may contact our support team within 3 days of payment for a full refund review.
Non-Returnable Items: Items not in their original condition, damaged, missing parts (not due to our error), or returned after 30 days cannot be refunded.
Partial Refunds: Applicable to opened Number Plates or items not in their original condition.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
